Therapy Services Throughout Florida

You may feel like your life has been put on hold. Each month brings hope, waiting, and another wave of disappointment. Your mind is constantly calculating appointments, medications, symptoms, and “what ifs,” while your heart carries grief you don’t always have words for. Friends’ pregnancy announcements sting, intimacy feels pressured instead of natural, and conversations with your partner can quickly turn into tension, silence, or withdrawal. Trying to conceive while managing a chronic illness or ongoing medical stress can leave you feeling exhausted, isolated, and unsure how to keep your relationship strong through it all.

If you’re searching for an infertility couples therapist, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this season by yourselves. I specialize in infertility counseling and couples therapy for women and partners who need both emotional support and practical guidance. Feel less overwhelmed, more connected, and steadier in the choices ahead. Based in Orlando and providing virtual therapy across Florida, I support clients in strengthening their relationship while moving through fertility challenges with hope and resilience. Services are offered in both English and Spanish so you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable to you.

Meet Your Couples and Infertility Therapist from Orlando, FL

Hi, I’m Michelle. I support individuals and couples navigating infertility with both emotional care and practical guidance through infertility counseling and couples therapy.

This work is deeply personal to me. Living with systemic lupus led me on a path that included infertility and the grief of not being able to carry a child. I understand how heavy, complex, and isolating that experience can feel. Through my own journey—seeking support, building resilience, and ultimately growing my family through adoption—I found that healing and hope are still possible, even when the path looks different than expected.

Because of this, I am passionate about walking alongside others during these difficult seasons. My goal is to help you process the grief, strengthen your relationship, and find a path forward that feels right for you.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to go through it alone. There is still light ahead, and I’m here to help you find it.

Intensives

Therapy intensives are extended sessions that help you make meaningful progress in a shorter time by focusing deeply on specific concerns like relationship conflict or infertility decisions. Ideal when you feel stuck or need clarity, our Couples Intensive—based on the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work—launches this summer.
