Resilient Corazones Counseling provides therapy via telehealth. Florida law establishes standards for telehealth practice, including that telehealth providers must meet the prevailing professional standard of care.

Important: Clients must be Florida residents and must be physically located in Florida at the time of each session. If you are temporarily outside Florida, services cannot be provided.

5. Technology Risks

Telehealth and internet communication involve risks. Although we use secure systems for telehealth, no method of electronic communication is guaranteed to be 100% secure. For privacy, avoid sharing highly sensitive details through website forms or standard email.

If video fails: Our plan is to contact you by phone and reschedule once connection is restored.

Therapy outcomes vary. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or timelines. Progress depends on many factors, including individual circumstances and participation.
